6. Profile Deactivation

8HEARTS enables you to temporarily freeze your profile. This action will leave you without an 8HEARTS account and without access to speedy checkout, information about your past orders, wishlists, and all other personalized 8HEARTS products and services.

7. User Generated Contributions

The Site may allow users to submit content, and by doing so, you agree that your Contributions comply with these Terms of Use and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

7. Profile Deletion

8HEARTS enables you to request the permanent erasure of your 8HEARTS account. Once requested, all associated information such as past orders, past/current Try at Home bookings, wishlists, saved addresses, and any pending benefits will no longer be accessible to you. The ‘Profile Deletion’ will require you to forfeit future account creation with the same email address, any claims to policies such as Lifetime Exchange & Buyback, 30 Day Returns and Refund, product cleaning & fixing, and any other policies or services offered by 8HEARTS Jewelry. In the event that your account has any open orders, payments, grievances, shipments, or installment plans, then 8HEARTS may refuse or delay the deletion of your account.
